Gardening is fun and fulfilling, but it also has great health benefits
1. Stress relief
This is something that we all knew subconsciously, but many of us might not know that studies have proven that gardening can measurably reduce stress. Participants were asked to perform a stressful task, and those who had recently gardened were shown to have a more measured and less stressful response to the activity than those who hadn't.

2. Vitamin D Exposure
Spending time in the sun can help adults reach their recommended Vitamin D levels which can also boost Calcium levels. This can help with bone and immune health.
